About Morgan Bilton
Our independent firm of Chartered Surveyors offer a truly personal service to give our clients confidence in estate management, farm purchases and sales plus many other aspects of property-related advice.
The Morgan Bilton team are on hand to provide comprehensive rural and residential advice. We’re also very experienced in offering expert witness reports and valuations. We work hard to ensure all our clients get the very best support with their land and properties.
Morgan Bilton Associates was formed in early 2006 by Giles Bilton. Giles qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and has been working for clients across the North of England ever since. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Giles began his career in Cluttons in Harrogate. He continued to develop his skills and experience and by 1996 became a partner of Carter Jonas.
We have had the pleasure of supporting a wide variety of different clients since establishing our property business. As well as agricultural management, we have supported clients with sporting estates, agricultural land, historic and heritage sites, and domestic property.
